Tewantin Bypass Stage 1 — Cooroy-Noosa Road and Beckmans Road intersection upgrade

Detailed design is underway to deliver a new, 2-lane roundabout to ease congestion, improve safety and traffic flow at the Cooroy-Noosa Road and Beckmans Road intersection.

This project is stage 1 of the Tewantin Bypass.

Design is being undertaken by Noosa Shire Council through a funding agreement with the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Construction will commence in 2021-22 once the design is complete.
