Our commitment to accessibility and inclusion

The TMR Disability Services Plan complements and supports the Accessibility and Inclusion Strategy and the draft Interim Disability Action Plan 2023–2024 (Appendix 1), which aims specifically to improve accessibility and inclusion in passenger transport services.

These plans work together to encourage, recognise and promote an ‘active’ commitment to eliminating disability discrimination and to promote the recognition of the rights of people with disability—and detail how TMR is making its products, infrastructure and services accessible and inclusive to people with disability.

They also demonstrate our continuous commitment to accessible and inclusive workplaces where our employees are representative of the communities we serve.

We continue to work with our community partners to deliver accessible transport products and services, including Queensland's Disability Network, the Accessibility Reference Group and the Queensland Accessible Transport Advisory Council.
