Caboolture-Bribie Island Road, Hickey Road to King Johns Creek

Design is underway for the future duplication of Caboolture-Bribie Island Road from Hickey Road to just west of King Johns Creek. The project includes signalising the Hickey Road intersection. The upgrade will increase capacity and improve safety on this section of road.

This project forms part of the Bribie Island Road Upgrade Strategy, which outlines the Queensland Government's long–term plan to provide a 4–lane, median-divided road for the length of the corridor.
