Cunningham Highway (Ipswich – Warwick), Tregony to Maryvale, improve safety

This project is delivering safety improvements to provide a better driving experience for all road users and aims to reduce the risk of fatal and serious injury crashes.

Safety improvements are being undertaken between the Fisher Park Truck Stop at Tregony and the Cunningham Highway and South Branch Road intersection at Maryvale.

Funding

The Cunningham Highway Safety Package is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments to deliver $25.2 million (on an 80:20 basis) in road safety improvements on the Cunningham Highway between Tregony and Maryvale. Investment ID: 2392873

A further $3.65 million (80:20) is being invested through the Southern Queensland Region Mass Action Safety Treatment Program. Investment ID: 2392874
