The Queensland Government has released a planning layout for Stapylton -Jacobs Well Road.
Planning is underway to investigate potential improvements to enhance connectivity and support growth in the Gold Coast’s leading industrial precinct. This work is considering how the corridor may connect to future stages of the Coomera Connector and contribute to a safe and efficient transport network for the local community.

- High quality off-road active transport path – more than 3 km of new active transport infrastructure has been included in the planning to support pedestrians and bike riders.
- Provision for potential future public transport – planning has considered current and future public transport demands for the area.

Current Status
