Strategic plan 2019–2023

We are living in a time of unprecedented change. Technological and societal changes will transform the way we live and do business.

From 1 July 2019, we have an aspirational strategic plan that:

  • ensures we meet our vision and purpose of ‘creating a single integrated transport network accessible to everyone’
  • defines our direction over a 4-year horizon 
  • prioritises our customers in all 5 objectives of Accessible, Safe, Responsive, Efficient and Sustainable
  • shows how we align with and incorporate the government’s objectives for the community—Our Future State: Advancing Queensland’s Priorities
