We will be a leader in the provision of dignified, accessible and inclusive transport products, services, information and infrastructure.

We will work collaboratively with our delivery partners, service providers and all levels of government to ensure alignment with government objectives, broader human rights and legislative obligations.

For our employees

  • They experience an accessible and inclusive workplace.
  • They are inclusive when interacting and communicating with customers, colleagues, and delivery partners.
  • They reflect and represent the communities in which we operate.
